I say goodbye to Sevilla with a wink to Sierpes Street. It used to exhibit the best shops of the famous Sevillian craftsmanship, but now it’s a central point of the international fashion.
La luz invernal en Madrid es una maravilla. Sobre todo cuando el día va cayendo y el sol ya no es tan fuerte se pueden captar luces y sombras sin que las altas luces revienten. Esta foto fue tomada en la puerta del Círculo de Bellas Artes, en la Gran Vía, cómo no.
Wintry light in Madrid is wonderful. Specially when the day is fading and the sun is not too strong you can capture lights and shadows without bursting the high lights. This photo was taken in front of the Fine Arts Cultural Circle, in Gran Vía street, as always.
Luis Camacho, además de ser un buen fotógrafo trabaja sus fotos de calle en los mismos ámbitos que yo, así que es difícil sustraerse a su influjo. Esta foto es un buen ejemplo de lo que digo.

Y sí, la semana pasada estuve en Sevilla, llovía y la ciudad era una pura maravilla. Las fotos están tomadas en el Palacio de Lebrija, que es una de las dos cosas más maravillosas de Sevilla, la otra son los Reales Alcázares.
Last week I was in Sevilla, it rained and it was wonderful. These pictures were taken in Palace of Lebrija which is one of the two most wonderful places in Sevilla, the other one being the moorish palace of Reales Alcázares.
Domingo por la mañana en el Mercado de Motores de Madrid, con puestos que venden cosas tipo «vintage» de todo tipo: vinilos, ropa, bolsos, muebles. No tiene nada que ver con el Rastro, es más bien como los mercadillos «garage» en EEUU, donde uno pone a la venta la ropa de la abuela.
Sunday morning in the Subway Motor Fleamarket of Madrid, with stands where you can find any kind of vintage things: vinyl records, clothes, bags, furniture. Very different from the popular Rastro, it’s more like the American garage sales, where you can sell your grandmother clothes.
